New: Import Contacts from GMail, Yahoo!, Outlook, Plaxo and More

Yesterday we added the ability to import contacts from a number of address book products. Our address book importer enables you to import contacts from these products:

  • GMail
  • Yahoo! Mail
  • MSN Hotmail
  • Plaxo
  • Microsoft Outlook

Importing contacts only takes a few seconds and will save you time and typing when inviting colleagues to review documents. Approver.com users click here to import contacts.

    I was wondering if you had to get permission from gmail, hotmal and co to scrape the address books ? Is importing address books even considered scraping if the user has approved it ?

    Did you have to submit any request to GMail,Yahoo!Hotmail or Outlook for permission to import the contacts?
